The Full Moon is conjunct Uranus, the planet of revolution, liberation and profound awakening. It’s clear that something must break down in order to evolve and regenerate in your life. Where do you feel this stirring right now?
This lunation is asking you to shift the gaze from where in your life you were unconsciously rereading an old playbook ad nauseam. Yes my stardust beauties, it’s a hard reset button of a full Moon. It’s actually a good thing although it may seem inconvenient or surprising at the time when the lights all turn on.
Uranus in Taurus lasts from 2018 to 2026 and this happens every 84 years. It asks us to rethink our relationship to the material world. The last time was 1934 - 1942. On the macro level, it upends the current financial system. Usually there’s a breakdown and a breakthrough so perhaps we are in the Uranus in Taurus eye of the storm as the current Full Moon punctuates this transit.
The last time Uranus was in Taurus we experienced the great depression which ultimately brought about Franklin Roosevelt's ‘New Deal’ to stabilize banks and restore public trust in the financial system. Agencies like the CCC and WPA were established to create jobs. The AAA (Agricultural Adjustment Act) was created to stabilize crop prices and support farmers. We rebuilt systems that had failed and planted seeds for future growth and stability.
Overall, Liberation will ultimately be the outcome of this Uranus transit as well and Taurus addresses our financial systems, jobs, and agriculture specifically..
