As a Master’s candidate at New York University, Monica has developed Astrodrama, combining astrology with embodied techniques to aid in the healing journey of individuals. Her philosophy is that self-awareness is the key to loving, accepting and mastering one’s self. She is committed to deep and continuous learning through her mentorship with Rebecca. Job Description

The VA role for Rebecca Gordon Astrology is 50% customer service, 25% Marketing, and 25% Admin. This role is meant to support Rebecca in making sure her business is running smoothly. The right person for this role is an intuitive problem solver with a great eye for details. The VA role includes complimentary enrollment in all of Rebecca’s courses while you are on the team! Must be in Eastern Standard timezone.

Daily tasks include:

Representing the Brand - responding to client emails, questions, and requests
Managing Rebecca’s calendar, booking and rescheduling appointments
Accomplishing routine administrative tasks such as client/student follow up
Updating RGA website (Squarespace) for new events and classes
Managing corporate client on-boarding
Creating and sending out regular newsletters (Infusionsoft by Keap)
Troubleshooting technical/administrative issues when necessary
Assist as a TA for webinars when necessary

Required Qualifications

Has 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in a startup/solopreneur environment
Has experience with online education/course launches
Above average written communication/editing skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Advanced client management skills
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Natural problem solver, able to intuit needs
Dynamic multi-tasker and self-starter
